At U-Prime Wellness, your satisfaction is important to us. While we strive to deliver high-quality products, we understand there may be occasions where a return is necessary. Please review our policy below for details on eligibility and procedures.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase;invoice/receipt
• Products must be unopened and sealed in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
• 10% re-stocking fee, unless error on our part

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened products
• Probiotics
• Liquid supplements
• Powdered superfoods
• Any perishable or temperature-sensitive items

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a product appears damaged or incorrect, do not accept it from the delivery personnel. Returns will not be accepted after a damaged or incorrect item has been received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trusted service as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent otherwise.

Refund Method

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed either to your original method of payment or issued as store credit, based on your preference.

No International Returns

At this time, we are only able to accept returns from within Guyana. We do not process international returns.
